Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law, however, prays for grant of exemption from his personal appearance, which may be subject to any conditions.

Ordered accordingly. Petitioner, who is 71 year old, is granted exemption from his personal appearance before the trial Court during pendency of the case, subject to his filing an affidavit before the Court concerned that he has no objection in case, the proceedings before it are held in his absence; in the presence of his counsel and shall appear before the said Court as and when his presence would be absolutely necessary.
