Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has been found innocent. Investigating agency does not intend to arraign him as an accused in the final report to be submitted before the competent court. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, the court before which final report is presented shall be at liberty to proceed as per law.
