Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the respondents to investigate the matter and to register an FIR against the accused persons on the basis of allegations contained in representation dated 23.04.2013 and 18.11.2014.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that the representation dated 18.11.2014 (Annexure P6), moved to Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition.

In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to look into the said representation dated 18.11.2014 (Annexure P-6) and pass appropriate order within 2 months after receiving copy of this order, as per law, without being influenced by this order. With aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
