Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Major Singh submits that the investigation has been completed and the police has prepared a cancellation report, which has been approved by Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S. Nagar Nawanshahr and the same will be filed in Court in due course.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail legal remedies available to him under law, if required.
