ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) On account on non-appearance of the petitioner in a criminal case, the bail granted to the petitioner has been ordered to be cancelled and non-bailable warrant has been issued to secure his presence. The learned counsel representing the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within a week, from today and apply for bail.

If the petitioner complies with the aforesaid undertaking, let the bail application be decided within a period of 2 days. With all these observations, the petition is disposed of. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
