*** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall surrender himself before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra within a period of one week from today and the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge may be directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner sympathetically.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra that, if the petitioner surrenders before the court within a period of one week from today, prayer of the petitioner shall be considered sympathetically, particularly when the petitioner claims that he has made the entire payment to the complainant and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

Disposed of, accordingly.
