(Oral) In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that he has filed a petition challenging the Resolution dated 12.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) passed by the respondent-Kshatriya Sabha, Kurukshetra and the said petition is pending consideration before respondent No. 1 and though, the pleadings are complete, the said petition is not being decided and the delay in deciding the said petition is causing prejudice to the petitioner.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Ambika Luthra, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. CWP-12366-2020 for 11.09.2020 and the said petition will be disposed of on the said date after following the due process of law and hearing all the concerns. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel that the petition will be disposed of on the next date of hearing, his grievance has redressed and the petitioner does not press this writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of as not pressed.
