******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the letter of Gandhi Electro Mechanical Company, the petitioner has been allowed to come to Dubai at any time, as and when, he is given permission by the Court and allowed Visa by the Government concerned. In the application, before the trial Court, permission was sought to go abroad from 22.11.2017 to 20.01.2018. She seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court by disclosing the facts on the basis of letter now received by the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. On filing of the application, trial Court will consider and dispose of the same at the earliest.
