(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 09.06.2008 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhshankar, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 49 dated 08.04.2006 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur. Heard.
The petitioner would be heard only, if, he surrenders before the trial Court on or before 20.12.2017 and on doing so, his bail application shall be decided by the trial Court with its own wisdom, but within two days.
