The petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondents no.2 to 4 to release the detenueDavinder Kumar son of Jagdish Chander (elder brother of the petitioner) R/o village Dadupur Roran, District Karnal, who has been illegally detained by respondents no.3 and 4 at the instance of respondent no.5 to plant him in some false criminal case. It is further prayed that warrant officer be appointed to search and get the detenue released from the illegal detention of respondents no.3 and 4.
