At this stage, Mr. Kamaldip Singh Sidhu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 and informs the court that a revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner before the Sessions Court.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action arises after decision of the revision petition.
