RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of complaint No.1050 of 2019, dated 29.05.2019, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act read with Section 420 IPC pending adjudication in the Court of learned JMIC, Yamunanagar at Jagadhri and the summoning order dated 07.01.2020, Annexure P-9. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas before the revisional Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
