CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present : Mr. Chanan Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 26 dated 27.1.2015 under Sections 307/382/498-A/406/323/506/149/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Bathinda. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that present one is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. It is so said, because there are direct and specific allegations against the petitioner. It is not in dispute that husband of the complainant and present petitioner were working in the same school. The specific and serious allegation against the petitioner is that she was having undesirable relations with the husband of the complainant.
