Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for regular bail in a case under Sections 354-B/323 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Saran, District Faridabad vide F.I.R No. 16 dated 8.1.2015.

It is stated that petitioner is in custody since 8.1.2015. The investigating agency has completed the investigation and presented the challan before the competent court.

Keeping in view the period of incarceration of the petitioner and the fact that investigation is already complete, this petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of trial court/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad.
