Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have surrendered in the trial Court and have been admitted to bail. He has placed on file certified copy of order dated 18.12.2017 passed by CJM Faridkot in that regard.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 12.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
