Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents no. 2 & 3 to protect his life and liberty. According to learned counsel, a representation, Annexure P2 was made to respondent no. 2 to bring to his notice that petitioner feared threat to his life and liberty.

Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to look into representation Annexure P2 filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action, if circumstances so warrant.
