Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal has arisen from the judgment and decree dated 13.01.2023 passed by the Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri vide which the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the present appellant was dismissed. Now the parties have decided amicably and as a result of that joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending consideration before the competent Court where first MOHMED ATIK 2023.09.21 00.45 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

 motion statements have already been recorded and the case is fixed for 11.03.2024 for the recording of statements at the second motion stage.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, the appellant is no more interested in pursuing this appeal. This appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
