Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 90 dated 30.08.2017, registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that charges have been framed in this case and the same have not been challenged in the present petition. At this stage, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
