******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. RCCHG512016S0022 dated 06.10.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 148, 186, 188, 307, 353, 395, 427, 436, 452 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code; 25 of Arms Act and 3, 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 at Police Station CBI, SCB, Chandigarh.

On asking of the court, Mr. Summet Goel, Advocate, Retainer Counsel for respondent-CBI, who is present in the Court accepts notice and submits that intimation by Registry informing of fixation of the petition has already been received and record of the case is available with him. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.
