Main case Aggrieved with Award dated 07.09.2017 rendered by MotorAccidents Claims Tribunal, Kurukshetra (for short 'the Tribunal'), claimants have preferred the instant appeal for enhancement of compensation. After arguing for some time, when this Court showed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the appellants also fairly states that on second thought, there is no scope for enhancement. In view of the aforesaid, no grounds are made out to interfere. Dismissed.
