*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to decide representations dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) and 10.04.2023 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Ms. Monika Thakur, Advocate appears and files fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner with no objection from the earlier counsel, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
