Through this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner-Virender, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 128 dated 07.05.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines Sonepat, District Sonepat. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised in between the parties. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2-complainant fairly conceded that the matter has been compromised in between the parties. He has no objection, if, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is released on bail.
