(ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for seeking quashing of FIR No.68 dated 23.08.2012, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar and all consequential proceedings arising out of the same.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sohan Singh, Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar submits that both the petitioners already stand acquitted vide judgment dated 26.10.2021 passed by the Court of learned ACJM, Ropar and thereby, rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
