Pursuant to the order dated 19.08.2020, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kishori Lal, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required presently. In view of the above, without making any comment on the actual merits of the case for or against the petitioner, this petition is allowed, with the order dated 19.08.2020, granting interim bail to him, made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
