Petitioner purchased a plot measuring seven marlas from the previous owner Ram Kumar vide sale deed dated 20.6.2001 and thereafter built a residential house on the same. The allegations against her are that for obtaining electric connection she had, in connivance with the officials of Municipal Committee, got prepared a fake certificate showing her property situated within Lal Dora of the village whereas the said construction was made in an unauthorised colony existing outside the Lal Dora. At the time of verification also a wrong H.No.329/13 was shown to be belonging to her which required electric connection.

It is contended that petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.6360/- as development charges with the Municipal committee as also the charges for release of electric connection in an unauthorised RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.04.13 11:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.2.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated. Learned State counsel, on instructions concedes that petitioner has joined investigation and her custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above,interim bail granted vide order dated 18.2.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
