It is contended that this Court vide order dated 5.1.2016 has set aside the order dated 5.7.2010 declaring the petitioner to be a PO. It is further submitted that rest of the co-accused were discharged vide judgment dated 29.1.2013 passed by JMIC,Jalandhar (P-3). The petitioner is stated to be ready and willing to face trial. Vide order dated 18.2.2016 notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 10 days ,he shall be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction.

CRM-M 5956/2016 At the time of hearing today,it is submitted that in compliance, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 19.2.2016 and was released on interim bail. A copy of the order dated 19.2.2016 passed by trial court pursuant to the order dated 18.2.2016 passed by this Court has been produced which is taken on record. In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 18.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
