Grewal, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short-'BNSS') for quashing of impugned order dated 11.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Sirsa in REMP/682/2023 titled as State of Haryana Vs. Mukesh having FIR No. 692 dated 27.11.2023 registered under Section 21(b) of NDPS Act at Police Station Rania, Sirsa and all further proceedings arising out of it whereby learned trial Court has cancelled the bail of the petitioner and issued warrant of arrest against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been granted the regular bail vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, FTSC, Sirsa. The petitioner got arrested in another case in Rajasthan on 20.11.2024 and was in custody since 20.11.2024, so he could not appear before the learned trial Court on 11.12.2024. Ms. Ankita Ahuja, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. She submits that the petitioner is involved in other case FIR No. 394/2024 at Police Station Hanumangarh Town for offences under the NDPS Act.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The petitioner during his bail did not keep good conduct and has involved himself in another FIR under the NDPS Act. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed.
