Pursuant to the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, status report from the trial Court, Chandigarh vide letter No. 270 dated 16.10.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Chanidgarh, vide Endst. No. DSJEC-2019/7862 dated 19.10.2019, has been received. As per the aforesaid status report, the case titled as 'Ajay Sood Vs. M/s Surya Pharmaceutical Ltd.', has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 11.01.2017, by the then JMIC, Chandigarh. In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
