After vehemently arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance as raised by the petitioners qua their inability to deal with their own lawfully acquired properties due to certain unconstitutional bye-laws and rules imposed by the respondent No.1 in the present petition, has already been raised by the petitioners before the respondents by way of filing a representation dated 08.07.2021 (Annexure P/9), which is still pending consideration before the respondent No.2 and the petitioners will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the respondent No.2AARTI SHARMA 2026.04.18 12:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel submits that in case, the representation dated 08.07.2021 (Annexure P/9) has been received by the respondent No.2 and the same is still pending consideration, an appropriate speaking order on the same will be passed by the respondent No.2 within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Court and in case, it is found feasible to grant the relief, the same will be granted otherwise, due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order so passed, which order will be conveyed to the petitioners for their information and necessary action.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 4.
