(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Kuldeep Kaur in complaint case No.126/28.4.2015/20.2.2015 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Perusal of order dated 28.09.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran shows that the petitioner has stalled the trial against her by moving successive applications for exemption of her personal appearance right from 2015 to 2017.

Heard.

Considering overall facts and circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on or before 21.12.2017 and her bail application, if any, shall be decided by the trial Court within three days in accordance with law. It is clarified that, in case, the petitioner would not comply with this order, the same shall stand automatically cancelled.
