   **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.252 dated 18.07.2020, registered under Section 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 120-B, 149, 201, 323, 379-B, 391, 427, 447, 452 and 506 IPC at Police Station Karnal Civil Lines, District Karnal. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from HC Narinder Singh, submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been prepared and filed before the Court concerned on 30.12.2020 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Since, the cancellation report has already been filed before the Court below, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
