The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking appropriate direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation to some other higher officer and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.58 dated 11.03.2023 registered under Sections 427, 435 of the IPC at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari.
