G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, has confirmed the fact that the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and furnished fresh bonds to the satisfaction of the said Court in view of the interim protection granted on 12.12.2017. Accordingly, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner had been appearing regularly from 2013 onwards after anticipatory bail had been granted by this Court and there was a default in appearance on one date, this Court feels that the interim order dated 12.12.2017 is liable to be confirmed.

Ordered accordingly.

Petition stands disposed of.
