(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct the investigation in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.0212 dated 09.04.2021 registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, District Rohtak, under Sections 120-B, 323, 34, 406, 419, 420, 506 IPC in a fair and impartial manner and/or to get the matter investigated by some other police officials and also to get the articles, belonging to him, recovered from the private respondents, i.e. the accused in the subject FIR.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in this case, in pursuance of the copies of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance. the accused, as named in the above-said FIR, have already been joined in the investigation which is still in progress. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that in view of the afore-discussed facts and circumstances, the petitioner would be availing the alternative efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to him under law, to seek the redressal of his grievance, as canvassed in this petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
