RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 22.09.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed in FIR No.100 dated 12.08.2014 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to appear and raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition, before the trial Court.
