JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the officials respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-2), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, learned DAG, Punjab who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to her by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of two months.
