The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to hear and finally adjudicate the Case No.509 of 2018 titled as M/s S.M. Autostar Private Limited Versus M/s Inox Wind Limited. 2.

The petitioner approached respondent with respect to its dispute with M/s Inox Wind Limited. The matter was referred to Arbitral Tribunal which vide award dated 18.09.2018 allowed petitioner's claim. The award was challenged by M/s Inox Wind Limited by way of CWP No.64 of 2019 which was disposed of vide order dated 08.08.2023 in terms of judgment dated 01.08.2023 passed in Indian Oil Corporation Limited Versus Haryana Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council, Chandigarh, Haryana and Another, 2023 NCPHHC 105592. CWP-11679-2026 -2In view of aforesaid judgment, the matter has reached to respondentcouncil. A period of more than two years has passed away still council has not passed final award.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted requisite stamp papers.

Learned State counsel submits that Council would pass award within three months from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
