(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 09.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal (for short - the 'Tribunal') by which the claim of respondent No.1 for grant of disability pension and special family pension has been allowed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners withdraws the present petition with regard to relief granted by the Tribunal vide order dated 09.08.2021.

The present petition is disposed of having been not pressed. Further, from the pleading, it is seen that an order has been challenged after a period of five and a half year and too for the grant of pension to the mother of the deceased soldier. The challenge shows that probably the order has not been implemented for the last five years. It is directed that in case the order is not implemented so far, the same be implemented within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of KUMARI SAPNA 2026.04.22 10.37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
