1. Learned proxy counsel for the petitioners has requested for an adjournment on the ground that arguing counsel is indisposed. However, this Court finds that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly. On the last date of hearing the following order was passed:

"A perusal of the earlier orders would reflect that counsel appearing for the petitioner has been seeking time to address arguments.

There is no representation for the petitioners. Last opportunity is allowed to the counsel for the petitioners to address arguments, failing which the writ petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution.
