ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The petitioners claim to be working as the Senior Assistants and Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operators after having been selected on a regular basis. They claim that during the period of probation, they have not been paid salary as per the pay scale applicable to them. They further claim that the matter in issue is covered by a Division Bench judgment passed in CWP17064-2017, titled as "Ajay Kumar Singla and others Vs. State of Punjab and others", decided on 16.02.2023.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to represent to the respondents at the first instance.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
