This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 191 dated 30.09.2017 under sections 420/408 IPC & 66, 72 of the IT Act at Police Station Lalru district SAS Nagar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 13, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and has handed-over pen-drive and other relevant documents. According to him, investigating agency would be able to complete the investigation. In view of the above, order dated December 13, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
