# Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.293 dated 08.12.2013 registered at Police Station Beas, Amritsar Rural under Sections 307, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act on being summoned under the provisions of Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Vide order dated 09.03.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Learned State Counsel has conceded that the petitioner has since appeared before the trial Court and joined the proceedings. In view of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.03.2015 is made absolute and the present petition stands disposed off in those terms. "
