The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponds to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.308 dated 26.10.2025, under Sections 64, 127(3), 351(2), 61(2) of BNS, Section 4 of POCSO Act and Sections 65(1) & 127(6) of BNS and Sections 17 & 21 of POCSO Act added later on vide challan dated 24.12.2025, registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar. 2.
The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.05.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to NEETU RANI 2026.07.02 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
CRM-M No.20713 of 2026 -2the order dated 18.05.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.
In view of the above, the order dated 18.05.2026 is made absolute.
