(Oral) The petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 18.04.2023, Annexure P-1, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa, wherein the second respondent has been granted pre-arrest bail in case FIR no.16 dated 24.02.2023, registered under Sections 452, 342, 323, 427, 385, 506 and 34 of IPC, at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa. 2.

Learned senior counsel contends that in view of status report, dated 06.07.2023, filed on behalf of the State wherein it is mentioned that during investigation on 22.05.2023, the second respondent has given the mobile phone used by him for making videography of the incident before the Investigating Officer, and the same has been taken into possession by the police, he does not press the petition.
