Petitioner has preferred this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to conclude the investigation pursuant to cross case, Annexure P2 under sections 323/324/148/149 IPC at police station C-Division, District Amritsar. According to learned counsel, cross case was registered way back in June, 2014. However, investigation has not made much headway. Petition is disposed of with a direction that in case investigation pursuant to DDR, Annexure P2 is pending, investigating agency shall endeavor to conclude the same expeditiously.
