(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.90 dated 22.03.2018 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City Khanna, District Khanna.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 16.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
