IOIN stands disposed of, accordingly.

Main case (O&M) Case was taken up on earlier occasions on 11.05.2022 and 25.08.2022 when no one appeared on behalf of the parties. Thereafter, again on 08.02.2023, none appeared on behalf of the parties and Registry was asked to issue notice to counsel for the parties. As per office report, needful has been done, yet none appears on their behalf. It transpires that paper-book of the case is very scanty and almost all of it got burnt during fire incident that took place in the High Court premises. I am unable to know the contents of appeal to determine grievance of the appellants; and even the Lower Court Record is not available. 2.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
