**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 434 dated 5.8.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Model Town, District Rewari.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 24.9.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Counsel further submits that the money shown in his account was paid to Rambir from whom the property was purchased in the name of the mother of the complainant. The petitioner had made an offer on 20.12.2017 that they were ready to purchase the property and can hand over the money and they wanted to resolve the issue but the complainant did not want the matter GURPREET SINGH 2018.11.22 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

State counsel informs that no bill or photograph was handed over by the complainant side to show the articles which were handed over at the time of marriage. The counsel further submits that Verna car has been returned. State counsel further states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 24.9.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
