Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondent No.2 to register FIR against respondents No.3 to 5. At the time of arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner contended that he is not pressing for registration of FIR, but his submission would be that representation dated 18.09.2018 (Annexure P14), which was addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad and copy whereof was endorsed to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad, be decided.
