RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, in case FIR No.203, dated 26.07.2020, under Sections 323, 342, 498-A, 506, 376 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Industrial Area Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
